1.Nothing is shipped
Everything sold on turkeyb2b.com is digital: membership plans, single buyer contacts, and the managed sourcing service. There is no cargo, no delivery window and no delivery charge.
The products listed on the site belong to manufacturers and are not sold through it. When you buy goods from a manufacturer, you agree the shipping terms with them; the platform is not a party to that shipment.
2.When the service starts
Membership: the moment the payment settles. The plan's entitlements — product limit, buyer contact access, priority window — apply immediately.
A purchased lead: the buyer's contact details are unlocked on that request as soon as the payment settles.
Managed sourcing: work starts once the fee is agreed; the shortlist usually reaches your dashboard within a few working days, and an email goes out when it does.
3.If it does not
If a payment has been taken and nothing activates within a few minutes, the payment history in your dashboard shows the transaction. If it says paid and the entitlement is missing, write to us — we fix it, or we refund it.
