2.What this agreement covers
This agreement governs the sale of digital services on turkeyb2b.com, operated by Ahmet Hakan Özcan — Goramedya. No physical goods are sold here.
Three things are sold: membership plans (monthly, for suppliers), single buyer contact details (leads), and the managed sourcing service fee.
3.Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in Turkish lira at the Turkish central bank's selling rate on the day. The checkout shows both figures and the rate used before anything is charged.
Payments are taken through PayTR with 3D Secure. Card details never reach this platform's servers and are never stored here.
Memberships do not renew automatically. A renewal notice is sent before the period ends; nothing is charged unless you start the payment yourself.
4.Delivery
The service is digital and is activated the moment the payment settles. There is no shipping, no delivery window and no delivery cost.
If activation does not appear within a few minutes, the payment history in your dashboard shows the status; write to us if it stays unresolved.
5.Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly by electronic means. A membership or a purchased lead is performed at the moment of purchase.
Even so: if you have not used what you bought — no membership entitlement used, or the purchased buyer contact never revealed — write to us within 14 days and we will refund it. That is more than the regulation requires and is here on purpose.
This platform serves businesses. Where a buyer is a consumer under Turkish law, the rights that law gives them are unaffected by anything written here.
6.Disputes
The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Bakırköy) have jurisdiction. Where the buyer is a consumer, the Turkish consumer arbitration committees remain available to them.
The platform is not a party to the trade between a buyer and a supplier. The contract, the money and the shipment between two companies who met here are outside this agreement.
