1.In short
A membership ends whenever you want it to: nothing renews automatically, so not renewing is the cancellation. There is no form to fill in.
We refund what you have not used, within 14 days. We do not refund what you have used — the difference is spelled out below.
2.Cancelling a membership
There is nothing to cancel. If you do not pay the renewal, the membership ends with the period and the company returns to the FREE plan. The profile stays listed; what changes is the product limit, access to buyer contact details, and the head start on new buying requests.
Leaving mid-period is not refunded pro rata: the service is available for the whole period you bought.
3.What we refund
An unused membership: within 14 days of purchase, if no entitlement has been used — nothing published, no buyer contact unlocked, no priority request seen — the full amount.
An unopened lead: if the buyer contact you bought was never revealed, the full amount within 14 days.
Our mistake: a payment taken without the service activating, or a duplicate charge — refunded without argument.
4.What we do not refund
A buyer contact that has been revealed. It cannot be un-seen, and it is the thing that was bought.
A used membership period, an outcome that did not arrive (no enquiries, a quotation not accepted), or a loss arising from a trade with a supplier. The platform is not a party to that trade.
The managed sourcing fee once the shortlist has been delivered. If you stop us before delivery, we do not charge for the work done so far.
5.How to ask, and when it arrives
Write to hello@turkeyb2b.com with the date and amount of the payment. We answer within two working days.
Approved refunds go back to the card that paid, through PayTR. How quickly it appears depends on the card issuer, usually 2–14 working days. The refund is made on the Turkish lira amount charged; exchange-rate movement since the payment is not refunded.
