1.What TurkeyB2B is
TurkeyB2B is operated by Ahmet Hakan Özcan — Goramedya. It is a directory and introduction service: buyers describe what they need, suppliers in Türkiye publish what they make, and the platform puts the two in touch.
We are not a party to any trade that follows. We do not sell the goods, hold the money, ship anything, or guarantee that a deal completes. Any contract, payment, inspection, shipment and dispute is between the buyer and the supplier directly. We will help where we can, and we will act on abuse of the platform, but the commercial relationship is yours.
2.What 'verified' means
A supplier carrying the verified badge has submitted documents — trade registration, tax number, production address — and our team has checked them and confirmed the company exists, trades under that name and produces in that category.
It is not a quality guarantee, a credit rating or an insurance policy. It does not mean we have inspected a shipment, tested a sample, or audited their finances. Verify samples, agree payment terms that protect you, and use inspection services for large orders exactly as you would with any new supplier.
3.Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
You must give accurate information. A company profile that misrepresents who you are, what you make, or where you make it may be suspended without notice — the whole platform rests on buyers being able to trust the listings.
Administrator accounts are created by us. No form on this site can make anyone an administrator.
4.What you may not do
Using the platform, you agree not to:
- List goods you cannot lawfully sell, or that infringe someone else's trade mark, design or patent.
- Harvest contact details, scrape listings, or use automated tools against the site beyond normal browsing.
- Post a buying request you have no intention of following up, or use requests to collect supplier contacts in bulk.
- Misrepresent your company, your production capability or your certifications.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages through the messaging system.
5.Buying requests and supplier contact
When you post a buying request, its content is shown publicly but your contact details are not. Suppliers matched to your request whose membership includes contact access can unlock them; that release is logged. Posting a request is therefore consent to be contacted by matched suppliers about it.
Suppliers: contact details released to you are for responding to that request. Adding them to a mailing list, selling them, or using them for anything else is a breach of these terms and ends the membership.
6.Memberships and payment
Membership plans are described on the pricing page and what each includes is shown there. Prices are quoted in US dollars and charged in Turkish lira at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye's selling rate on the day of the charge; both figures and the rate appear before you pay and on your payment history.
Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months, and we do not charge you again after you cancel.
If we change what a plan includes in a way that reduces it, we will tell you before your next renewal.
7.Content you publish
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to display it on the platform, include it in search results, and show it in listings and previews — which is what publishing it here is for.
You are responsible for having the right to publish it. Do not upload photographs, drawings or catalogues that belong to someone else.
We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we may suspend an account that does so repeatedly.
8.Availability
We work to keep the platform available and quick, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen.
9.Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost orders, or losses arising from a trade between you and another user — including goods that do not arrive, do not match the sample, or are not paid for.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10.Ending it
You can close your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless doing so would help someone evade the rules.
11.Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights you cannot contract out of, those rights are unaffected — though this platform is intended for business users.
12.Changes and contact
These terms were last changed on 2026-09-21. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
